Within Mooble, the admin user can consult and control users who do not receive the activation email when they create a new account. Thus, when activating, the user can proceed with the creation of his Mooble account.
To perform user activation:
1. Within the Admin tab, access the Activate Users option;
2. In the search field, enter a valid email address and request the search;
- Mooble notifies you when emails are invalid, not found, or already activated.
3. After searching for the user, click on the Activate button;
- A message appears asking for confirmation, just click the Activate button.
The user is successfully activated!
