What happens?
When you click Update Now on the Promob activation screen, the message To proceed with the system update it is necessary to run Promob as an administrator. If the problem persists, contact the Customer Service Center is displayed.
Why does it happen?
The situation occurs because the user logged into Windows does not have administrative permissions to update Promob.
What to do?
Solution 1: run Promob as administrator
1. Click OK on the message and close Promob.
2. Locate the Promob shortcut on the Desktop, right-click and click the Run as Administrator option. If you do, ask for help from a computer technician you trust, so that he can configure Windows permissions.
Solution 2: open a solicitation
If the situation persists after running Promob as an administrator, open a solicitation on the Promob Services Portal attaching a screenshot of the displayed message.
