Design from the Store Tab

• The user does not have access to design in the Store tab;

• The designwas created in a different Promob system than the one used to open the design.

Permissions of the Store Tab

1. Verify with the account holder about the permissions for the Store tab.

The user does not have access to the design's review process.

Verify with the account holder about the permissions for the review process.

The design was created in a different account than the account of the user opening the project.

Check account

1. Contact the person responsible for creating the project to verify which account it was created under. Then, identify which account is logged into Promob where the project is being opened.

IMPORTANT: The logged-in user must be from the same account as the project creator.

The user does not have visibility of the project due to visibility rules.

Check project visibility

1. Contact the person responsible for the project to verify the visibility applied to the project.
