Whats happens?
If the project to be opened is not found in the account of the user logged into Promob, the message Project not found or not accessible for this user/account is displayed.
Why does it happens?
The situation occurs for the following reasons:
- The design to be opened is associated with a different account than the user's account; or
-
The design opening data is incorrect.
What to do?
Check account
1. Contact the person responsible for creating the project to verify which account it was created under. Then, identify which account is logged into Promob where the project is being opened.
IMPORTANT: The logged-in user must be from the same account as the project creator.
