What happens?
When opening Promob the following message is displayed: Windows cannot find Promob5.exe. Make sure the name was typed correctly and try again.
Why does it happen?
The situation occurs because Promob is looking for Promob5.exe application to open Promob, and it is not found.
What to do?
Solution 1: open Promob from the root folder
1. Close the message;
2. Go to Local Disk (C:)\Program Files\Promob\(Promob Name)\Program\bin, locate and right-click on the Promob.exe file and select the option Run as administrator;
3. If the Promob folder is not located in this location, or it persists opening through the root folder, go to solution 2.
Solution 2: verify Promob Installation
1. Access your computer's Control Panel in the Programs - Programs and Features menu;
2. Check if Promob is displayed in the list of apps;
3. Once located, check if the app icon is in red or another icon (Applies to Promob 2014 or higher);
4. If the application is not found or has the wrong icon, it is necessary to reinstall Promob.
Solution 3: disable antivirus
1. If you have an antivirus installed on the machine, disable it;
2. Open Promob again;
3. If Promob opens, ask a computer technician you trust to configure the antivirus filters so that it does not block Promob executable files and folders. If the situation persists, go to solution 4.
Solution 4: update Promob with full verification
1. Upgrade Promob with full verification;

Go to the directory Local Disk (C:)\Program Files\Promob\Promob (Promob Name)\Program\bin\Update;

In the opened folder, locate and run the file PromobUpdate.exe with two clicks, perform the Promob update and once finished, start it again, enable the Full scan option and click Scan.
2. Open Promob and check if the situation persists. If the situation persists or the folder is not found, go to solution 5.
