The purpose of this feature is to allow you, when accessing the page, to select the Wallet that you want to view. After selection, a Summary is displayed on the left side of the page showing the total amount of available Credits.
To access:
1. Go to the Promob Portal, click on Store and then Wallets.
2. Select the desired Wallet, then the Summary with the total amount of Credits and information about the transactions is displayed.
Wallet Promob
1. When you select Wallet Promob, in addition to the amount of Bonus credits, an alert is displayed if there are any credits that will expire next month.
2. In the center of the page, credit transaction information is displayed, with a limit of 30 records per page. The information includes:
- Transaction Date: Date and time the transaction was carried out.
- User: Name of the user who carried out the transaction.
- Transaction: Classification as Debit (red), Credit (green) or Bonus (blue).
- Quantity: Number of credits related to the transaction.
- Details: A button that, when clicked, opens a side window with detailed information about the transaction.
Information in the Side Window (Details):

- User's name.
- E-mail.

Transaction:
- Information corresponding to the transaction and quantity.
- Used Amount.
- Locked Amount.

Details:
- Transaction date.
- Expiration Date: Date on which the credits expire.
- Serial Number.
- Original Order.
- General comments on the transaction.
NOTE: If you have 5 subscriptions but only see 4 or fewer bonus transactions on your Wallets statement, this indicates that the Promobs linked to the missing subscriptions have not yet been opened. When you open these Promobs, the pending bonus transactions will be displayed as normal.
