Promob - Promob does not open with mouse double click
Whats happens?
When opening Promob with a mouse double click, nothing happens and the program does not open or the loading screen starts and soon after closes.
Why does it happens?
This issue can occur for the following reasons:
The Promob shortcut is corrupted or incorrect.
Some file necessary for Promob to function may be corrupted.
The computer does not meet the minimum requirements indicated for Promob to function.
What to do?
Solution 1 - Clear cache files
Option 1 - Using the Cyncly Maintenance Tool
1. Download the Support service software via the following link: Maintenance Tool - Download

2. After the download is complete, install it.
Go to the location where the file was downloaded and run it with a double click.
If you have questions about the installation, see Installation.
3. After installation is complete, find the Cyncly Maintenance Tool on your computer's desktop and click to open it.
4. With the Cyncly Maintenance Tool open:
a. With Promob closed, on the left side of the screen, locate the Self-Service function.
b. In the upper right corner of the screen, check if Promob (Your Promob Name) is selected.
c. Locate the option Clear login files.
d. Select this option and confirm the clearing process by clicking Yes.
e. After the clearing process finishes, a confirmation screen will appear. Click Close.
f. Open Promob and test the situation again.
Option 2 - Manual cache files clearing process
1. Access the directory C:\ProgramData\Procad.

2. Locate and delete the x.sys files. The number may vary depending on the manufacturer.
3. Access the directory C:\ProgramData\Procad\Promob and replace Promob with the name of the corresponding Promob.
4. Delete the files tokencache and tokencachereseted, if present in the folder.
5. Open Promob and test the situation again.
Solution 2 - Create Promob shortcut
1. Open Promob from the root folder through the directory: Local Disk (C:)\Program Files\Promob\Promob (Promob Name)\Program\bin\, locate and run the file Promob.exe;
2. If Promob opens through the root folder, delete the current shortcut and create a new shortcut on the Desktop.
Solution 3 - Update Promob
1. Perform the Promob update with a full check, to do this:
Access the directory Local Disk (C:)\Program Files\Promob\Promob (Promob Name)\Program\bin\Update.

In the opened folder, locate and run the file PromobUpdate.exe with two clicks, perform the Promob update and once finished, start it again, enable the option Full check and click Check.
2. Open Promob and check if the issue persists.
Solution 4 - Check installed programs
1. Access the Control Panel - Programs and Features.
2. Check if the programs YAC (Yet Another Cleaner); MalwareBytes, Bytefence or Segurazzo/SAntivírus are installed on the computer.
3. If any of these programs are found, uninstall them from the computer.
Solution 5 - Check Promob installation folder
1. Access the directory Disk C:\Program Files\Promob\Promob (Promob Name);
2. Check if the folders Program and System are displayed correctly.
In the root directory there must be at least 3 folders: Program, System, and Uninstall.
If any of these folders are missing, reinstall Promob.
Solution 6 - Reinstall Promob
Uninstall Promob and install it again through the Promob Downloader. If the issue persists, proceed to solution 7.
Solution 7 - Check Promob usage requirements

1. Microsoft .NET Framework
Check if the minimum version required by Promob of the Microsoft .NET Framework (4.6.1) is installed on the machine. If it is not installed, install the component.
Check if the Microsoft .NET Framework features are enabled. If the feature is disabled, enable the component.
2. Windows
Check if Windows is activated and updated.
If it is not updated, seek assistance from a trusted technician to update the operating system via Windows Update.
3. Machine physical components (hardware)
Check if the computer meets the specifications suggested by Promob. If not, we recommend contacting a trusted IT technician to upgrade the machine components according to Promob's recommendations. If you do not know how to find your machine information, click here.
Solution 8: Submit a request to Promob Support
If the issue persists even after all the above processes and all Promob usage requirements are met, we recommend submitting a request to Promob Support containing the following information:
