What happens?
When opening the design, Promob crashes.
Why does it happen?
The situation can occur for the following reasons:
1. When it happens with a single design: some property of the design is preventing the opening and editing of the design. It needs to be dealt with on time;
2. When it happens with all designs: the version of the Microsoft .NET Framework, being a fundamental component for the functioning of Promob, is not in accordance with the requirements.
What to do?
Occurs with a specific design
1. Open a request to Promob Support and attach the design to be verified.
Occurs with all designs
1. Go to Windows Start menu - Control Panel - Programs and Features. Check the list of programs if the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.1 component, a fundamental requirement for the correct functioning of Promob, is installed on the computer. If you can't find it click here to download;
2. On Windows 8 computers, the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 component is native to the operating system, so in this case, ask for help from the IT technician to update Windows through Windows Update.
