What happens?
When inserting an item in the 3D space, when accessing the Reposition tool, when using the Dynamic View tool or when opening a design file, Promob closes and the changes are not saved.
Why does it happens?
The situation can occur for the following reasons:
1. Some computer requirement is not being met to use Promob;
2. The video card driver is out of date;
3. The required version of Microsoft .NET Framework is not installed on the computer;
4. The computer has a virus.
What to do?
Solution 1: Check requirements
1. Check the Promob version and compatibility with your computer's operating system.
Solution 2: Check Microsoft .NET Framework Version
1. Check the version of Microsoft .NET Framework installed on the computer meets the requirements of Promob.
