What happens?
When accessing the 3D Catalog, the tab is displayed in white, generating the unconformity below:
Why does it happen?
The situation occurs due to the absence of some files necessary for the correct functioning of the 3D Catalog.
What to do?
1. Close Promob;
2. Download the Solution.zip file and save this file to your computer's desktop;
3. Unzip the folder;
4. Copy the files and paste into the directory C:\Program Files\Promob\Promob (manufacturer name)\Program\bin;
5. Reopen Promob and test the situation.
