What happens?
When releasing the Promob subscription, the message There was a problem releasing the Promob subscription. Check your Internet connection and try again. If the situation persists, contact Promob Support is displayed.
Why does it happen?
The situation can occur for the following reasons:
1. It was not possible to establish a computer connection with the Promob server due to Internet connection problems;
2. There is some Internet access limiter (such as proxy, firewall, antivirus, among others) that is blocking access to Promob's Service Portal.
What to do?
Access the Promob Services Portal:
1. It was possible to access the Portal: click here to consult the port, sites and IPs to be released to perform the subscription release procedure;
2. Unable to access the Portal: open a request to Promob Support for the situation to be verified.
