What happens?
When trying to open a project, the user receives one of the messages below:
Access denied to the project. Invalid account visibility configuration.
Why does it happen?
This situation occurs when the user tries to open a project that has an invalid account visibility configuration, preventing proper access to the project's content.
What to do?
1. Contact Promob Technical Support.
2. Send the import key and the necessary data to locate the project.
3. Wait for the visibility configuration to be corrected before trying to open the project again.
