What happens?
When trying to open an option project, the user receives one of the messages below:
Access denied to open the option project. The user does not have access to the account.
Why does it happen?
This situation occurs when the user does not have permission to access the option project, or when the token used does not contain the list of valid accounts.
What to do?
1. Check if the user has access to the account linked to the project.
2. Confirm if the authentication token is updated and correct.
3. If access is not granted, request permission from the account manager.
