What happens?
When trying to open a project inside Promob, through the File - Open menu it closes.
Why does it happen?
The situation is due to the Dell Backup and Recovery software.
What to do?
Access the Control Panel - Programs - Programs and Features. Locate the Dell Backup and Recovery software in the list of programs and uninstall it.
