What happens?
When opening Promob from build 5.34.6, the message Some system components were not found or are corrupted. Promob will be terminated. (7DC).
Why does it happen?
The situation occurs because the System folder version is not compatible with the Program version and vice versa.
What to do?
1. On the message screen click OK. Promob will close.
2. Update Promob from the Windows Start menu or from the Promob root folder:
- Start Menu: All Programs - Promob - Promob (Manufacturer Name) - Promob Update
- Root folder: C:\Program Files\Promob\Promob (Manufacturer Name)\Program\bin\Update
IMPORTANT: if Promob Update does not find new updates, perform the following procedure:
1. Close Promob Update;
2. Go to Local Disk (C:)\Program Files\Promob\Promob (Manufacturer Name)\Program, find and delete the Addins folder;
3. Update Promob from the Windows Start menu or from the Promob root folder:
- Start Menu: All Programs - Promob - Promob (Manufacturer Name) - Promob Update
- Root folder: C:\Program Files\Promob\Promob (Manufacturer Name)\Program\bin\Update
Obs: It is necessary to check the Full Scan option when upgrading. If the option is not displayed on the first update, please update again afterwards.
