What happens?
When trying to access the Margins and, in the window where you ask for a password margins, click OK or press Enter, the message Invalid password is displayed.
Why does it happen?
The situation can occur when:
1. Windows zoom is above 100%, causing the OK field not to appear;
2. When registering the password, the data were not entered exactly the same in the Password and Confirm Password fields.
What to do?
Solution 1: check Windows Zoom
Windows 10
1. From the Start menu, go to Settings;
2. Click on System;
3. Under Video go to Adjust Scale and Layout and check if the setting for the size of text, applications and other items differs from 100%. If so, click here and see how to configure Promob to adjust the view to the configured zoom.
Solution 2: remove password and create new
1. Close Promob;
2. Access the directory C:\ProgramData\Procad\Promob (system name)\Repository;
3. Locate and remove file Margins.sys;
4. Open Promob again and test the situation.
