What happens?
When trying to print or save a prototype with the A3 size sheet, the following message is displayed:
The availability of page sizes depends on the settings of the installed printers, so check your printer properties.
When selecting the Yes option, in the message shown above, the following window is opened, where the visualization page appears unconfigured;
Why does it happen?
The situation occurs because the computer's default printer does not support A3 sheet printing, or the computer is not connected to any printer.
What to do?
1. Go to your computer's control panel, then View Devices and Printers, check which printer is set as the default;
2. Open another program, such as Word, and click on the menu File – Print. Check if the option to print with A3 sheet is appearing;
3. If so, it is advisable to contact a trusted computer technician to carry out printer setup;
4. Check if the option to print with A3 sheet is available, if not, go to Control Panel - View Devices and Printers, select Microsoft Print To PDF printer and set as default;
