To access, follow the procedure below:
1. Access the Promob Support Portal, and click Enter In to connect the account.
2. Go to the Promob Store - Purchase Intentions tab.
3. The authorization to purchase a Promob can be in the Approved, Refused or Waiting Status. Check below what each status represents:
Approved: the manufacturer has accepted your purchase intention. Now, to find out how to finalize the order, click here.
Refused: the situation occurs because, for some reason, the manufacturer refused the intention to purchase Promob. For more information, click here.
Waiting: the manufacturer, for some reason, has not yet accepted or refused his purchase intention. The deadline for a response is 3 days. If you have an urgent need for a response, contact the manufacturer.
