To access, follow the procedure below:
1. Access the Promob Support Portal, and click Enter In to connect the account.
2. Go to the Store - Purchase Authorizations tab.
3. The purchase authorization for a Promob can have the status Approved, Rejected, Expired, or Pending. See below what each status represents:
Authotized: the manufacturer has accepted your purchase intent. Now, to learn how to finalize the order, click here.
Rejected: this situation occurs because, for some reason, the manufacturer rejected the Promob purchase intent. For more information, click here.
Waiting: The manufacturer, for some reason, has not yet accepted or rejected your purchase authorization request. The stipulated timeframe for a response is 3 days. If you need an urgent response, please contact the manufacturer.
Expired: The manufacturer may set an expiration date to limit the period during which the product will be available for subscription. If the authorization status is expired, please contact the manufacturer.
