The Promob subscription can be released when it is necessary to use it on another computer.
IMPORTANT:
- It is only possible to deactivate subscriptions for version 2014 or higher of Promob Plus and Promob Arch;
- The subscription release process can only be performed on the computer where the Serial Number is activated;
- It is not possible to release the Promob subscription without Internet access on the computer.
How to release the subscription?
1. Click on the Subscription - Release subscription menu.
2. Save the design before clicking Yes to proceed with the subscription release.
3. The displayed message informs the serial number of the Promob that has been deactivated. Make a note of the released serial number to activate it later, or click the Print button.
