When generating the cutting plane the message Oops - The cutting plan could not be generated. Log out and re-enter your Promob Cut Pro login credentials.
Why does it happen?
The situation is happening because:
1. Promob Cut Pro subscription is expired;
2. Promob Cut Pro session / login has expired.
What to do?
1. Log out of Cut Pro, click on the logged in name and select Logout and close Promob Cut Pro. Open Cut Pro again, and check the situation.
2. Verify if your Cut Pro contract is valid.
