What happens?
When selecting the Cancel option in a subscription on the Promob Portal subscription management page, the message Cancellation of this subscription can only be done from the month of the expiration date.
Why does it happens?
The message is displayed because the subscription selected for cancellation is an annual subscription.
What to do?
Annual subscription cancellation can only be carried out from the month of the expiration date.
For example, if the annual renewal subscription expires on 03/08/2024, cancellation is allowed from 03/01/2024.
To check the possibility of early cancellation, you need to open a request through the Services Portal for the situation to be checked by the commercial sector responsible.
