The Project Portfolio is a collection of renders, which result in a visual showcase of the professional's skills, style and experience. Renders can be selected, uploaded and managed by each Promob user, i.e. each user has their own Portfolio. An impactful and convincing Portfolio inspires and facilitates the identification of the profile and the environment that the client wants.
The Promob Gallery is an organized collection of renders of designs completed in Promob. The Promob Gallery can be used as a Project Portfolio or as an Image Gallery shared with other Promob users.
The Promob Gallery allows you to create a virtual showcase that inspires, presents references and trends by sharing the talent and knowledge of Promob users expressed in designs renderings.
In Real Scene with a render of the design open, you can choose whether to send your render to the Project Portfolio and Promob Gallery or only to the Project Portfolio. Check out the two options below:
Send designs to Project Portfolio and Promob Gallery
To send designs to the Portfolio, there are two available options: through Render and through the Render Preview screen. Please check the respective procedures below:
Option 01 - Render
1. In Real Scene with a rendering of the design open, go to Send to Promob Gallery :
2. The message Would you like to send the render for your Portfolio and Promob Gallery? appears, click on the desired option:
- Yes, both: the render is sent to the Project Portfolio and also to the Promob Gallery.
- Portfolio only: the render is only sent to the Project Portfolio.
- No: the render is sent to no option.
IMPORTANT: if you choose the Yes,both option, both of which are sent to the Portfolio and Project Gallery, you must accept the terms of use, for which you will see the message By clicking I agree, you authorize and agree to the free sharing of your renders with third parties, to proceed with sending the render click I agree. If you choose the Portfolio Only option, you do not need to accept the terms of use.
3. On the Promob Gallery screen, enter the information about the respective render. This information is useful for later searches.
4. Click on Save, wait a moment, and a confirmation window will appear with the message Sucessfully shared render.
Option 02 - Render Preview Screen
1. In the bottom bar of Promob, access the saved render and select Send to Promob Gallery .
2. The message Would you like to send the render for your Portfolio and Promob Gallery? appears, click on the desired option:
- Yes, both: the render is sent to the Project Portfolio and also to the Promob Gallery.
- Portfolio only: the render is only sent to the Project Portfolio.
- No: the render is sent to no option.

Access to the Project Portfolio
To view the images uploaded to the Project Portfolio, please follow the procedures below:
1. Access the Connect tab, and on the top left-hand side click on Gallery, access the Portfolio tab, the projects sent to the Portfolio are displayed.
2. Use the Filters to quickly locate a specific render:
- Ambient Style: searches for items with the specified ambient style.
- Ambient Type: searches for items with the specified ambient type.
- Tags: searches for items containing the specified tag(s).
- Gallery ID: each render has a unique identifier in the format 'galxxx', this information can be obtained by clicking on the render. You can enter one or more identifiers."

Edit Portfolio
It's possible to make edits to the renders available in the Portfolio. To do this:
1. Position the mouse over a render, two buttons for editing are displayed:
2. Make the desired edits or delete the render from the Portfolio:
- Edit Information : It's possible to edit the information entered at the time of sending the render to the portfolio.
- Delete : delete the render.
IMPORTANT: The view has infinite scrolling, so as you scroll down, more items will be loaded until the last one available in the Portfolio.
3. To view a render in full screen, click on the desired render, the Preview Window is displayed.
In the Visualization Window it is possible to:
- Back: to visualize the previous render.
- Forward: to view the next render.
- Fullscreen: to switch the image display between fullscreen or original size.
Access to the Promob Gallery
To view the images uploaded to the Project Portfolio, please follow the procedures below:

- Show renders of this Promob: looks for renders created with the same distribution as your Promob.

- Initial date: looks for renders that have been published since the date entered.
- Final date: is looking for renders that have been published up to the given date.
- Tags: searches for items containing the specified tag(s).
- Gallery ID: each render has a unique identifier in the format 'galxxx', this information can be obtained by clicking on the render. You can enter one or more identifiers."
Edit Gallery Promob
It's possible to make edits to the renders available in the Gallery Promob. To do this:
1. Position the mouse over a render, two buttons for editing are displayed:

- Render ID : is the name entered for the render when sending it to the Gallery.
- Edit Information : It's possible to edit the information entered at the time of sending the render to the portfolio.
- Delete : delete the render.
- Likes: displays the number of likes a render has.
