What happens?
When saving the project in Connect, the cloud icon turns blue with the arrow indicating that it is updating. In Connect notifications, the following message appears:
Why does it happens?
The situation can occur due to network lockouts, third-party software, or user permission settings and folder viewing in Windows.
What to do?
Procedure 1: Re-login to Promob
1. Close Promob.
2. Go to Local Disk C\ProgramData\Procad\Promob (manufacturer). IMPORTANT: the ProgramData folder is a hidden folder, to check how to unhide a folder click here.
3. Delete the localcache.dat and tokencache.dat files.
4. Open Promob and test the design saving.
Procedure 2: Verify installed applications
1. Open the computer control panel, access Programs - Programs and Resources.
2. In the list of installed applications, check if you have the following applications: Bytefence, SAntivirus, Segurazzo or McAfee WebAdvisor.
3. If yes, uninstall the application and restart your computer.
4. Open Promob and test the design saving.
Procedure 3: Check Promob folder
1. Close Promob and go to Local Disk C\Program Files.
2. Right-click the Promob folder and choose Properties.
3. On the General tab, uncheck the Hidden option and click Apply.
4. Open Promob and test the design saving.
Procedure 4: Check Internet connection
1. Restart your internet modem or connect your computer to another network to test project saving again.
