The Project Portfolio is a collection of renders, which result in a visual showcase of the professional's skills, style and experience. Renders can be selected, uploaded and managed by each Promob user, i.e. each user has their own Portfolio. An impactful and convincing Portfolio inspires and facilitates the identification of the profile and the environment that the client wants.
The Promob Gallery is an organized collection of renders of designs completed in Promob. The Promob Gallery can be used as a Project Portfolio or as an Image Gallery shared with other Promob users.
The Promob Gallery allows you to create a virtual showcase that inspires, presents references and trends by sharing the talent and knowledge of Promob users expressed in designs renderings.
In Real Scene with a render of the design open, you can choose whether to send your render to the Project Portfolio and Promob Gallery or only to the Project Portfolio. Check out the two options below:
Send designs to Project Portfolio and Promob Gallery
To send designs to the Portfolio, three options are available, through Render, through the Tools Menu and when closing a design. Check the respective procedures below:
Option 01 - Render
1. In Real Scene with a rendering of the design open, go to Send to Promob Gallery :
2. On the screen displayed, this render is available for sending along with others that have already been generated previously. Select the desired renders and define:
- Share on Promob Gallery: If the checkbox is not checked, the project will only be available in the Portfolio.
- Share Design: marking the project is available to be opened from the gallery rendering view. The Share Project option is only available for selection if the Share to Promob Gallery option is also selected.
- Environment Type: the available options are American, Baho, Classic, Industrial, Minimalism, Modern, Oriental, Rustic, Scandinavian, Tropical and Vintage
- Environment Style: The available options are Kitchen, Master Bedroom, Child's Bedroom, Bathroom, Closet, Office, Living Room, Barbecue Area, Lounge, Others.
- Tags: keywords to identify renders.
Option 2 - Tools Menu
1. In the tools menu, Send to Promob Gallery option, the projects that have renders that can be sent to the gallery are listed.
2. The design that have renders to be sent to the gallery are listed:
3. When you click on a design, the available renders for that project are listed.
To return to the Design list, click on the Back icon .
4. On the displayed screen, this render becomes available for submission along with others that have been generated previously. Select the desired renders and define:
- Share on Promob Gallery: If the checkbox is not checked, the project will only be available in the Portfolio.
- Share Design: marking the project is available to be opened from the gallery rendering view. The Share Project option is only available for selection if the Share to Promob Gallery option is also selected.
- Environment Type: the available options are American, Baho, Classic, Industrial, Minimalism, Modern, Oriental, Rustic, Scandinavian, Tropical and Vintage
- Environment Style: The available options are Kitchen, Master Bedroom, Child's Bedroom, Bathroom, Closet, Office, Living Room, Barbecue Area, Lounge, Others.

Option 03 - Share Now
When a render is generated with RealScene and attached to the design or saved to a file, it is automatically available for upload to the gallery. When closing this design without having sent these renders, the message below is displayed:
By clicking Share Later the message is closed, and sending can be carried out later using the options available above.
When you click on Share Now, the sending screen to the Promob Gallery is displayed.
On the displayed screen, this render is available for sending along with others that have already been generated previously. Select the desired renders and define:
- Share on Promob Gallery: If the checkbox is not checked, the project will only be available in the Portfolio.
- Share Design: marking the project is available to be opened from the gallery rendering view. The Share Project option is only available for selection if the Share to Promob Gallery option is also selected.
- Environment Type: the available options are American, Baho, Classic, Industrial, Minimalism, Modern, Oriental, Rustic, Scandinavian, Tropical and Vintage
- Environment Style: The available options are Kitchen, Master Bedroom, Child's Bedroom, Bathroom, Closet, Office, Living Room, Barbecue Area, Lounge, Others.
- Tags: keywords to identify renders.
IMPORTANT: To no longer receive this notification, select the Do not ask again to share option on the Promob Gallery. With this option selected, even if you have renders to be sent in the open project, the message will not be displayed but it is still possible to send them using options 1 and 2 described above.
Publication authorization
1. When you finish sending renders to the Gallery for the first time, the message Click I Agree is displayed to authorize the publication of your projects and the free sharing of Promob documents with third parties. In Promob Gallery, you can manage or remove your shared files. Click here and find out more about authorization to publish the project sent to the Gallery.

Access to the Project Portfolio
To view the images uploaded to the Project Portfolio, please follow the procedures below:
1. Access the Connect tab, and on the top left-hand side click on Gallery, access the Portfolio tab, the projects sent to the Portfolio are displayed.
2. Use the Filters to quickly locate a specific render:
- Show only library items: when this option is enabled, only the renders from the currently open Promob project are displayed.
- Ambient Style: searches for items with the specified ambient style.
- Ambient Type: searches for items with the specified ambient type.
- Tags: searches for items containing the specified tag(s).
- Gallery ID: each render has a unique identifier in the format 'galxxx', this information can be obtained by clicking on the render. You can enter one or more identifiers.

Open the Project through the Portfolio
Through the Portfolio, it is possible to open the projects related to the renders. To do this:
1. Access the Portfolio tab, click on Open Design on the desired render. The project will then open in Promob.
IMPORTANT:
- Available only for submissions to the Portfolio after version Connect 2.2.22.0.
- Available only when the design was created in the same Promob that is currently open.
Edit Portfolio
It's possible to make edits to the renders available in the Portfolio. To do this:
1. Position the mouse over a render, two buttons for editing are displayed:
2. Make the desired edits or delete the render from the Portfolio:
- Edit Information : It's possible to edit the information entered at the time of sending the render to the portfolio.
- Delete : delete the render.
IMPORTANT: The view has infinite scrolling, so as you scroll down, more items will be loaded until the last one available in the Portfolio.
3. To view a render in full screen, click on the desired render, the Preview Window is displayed.
In the Visualization Window it is possible to:
- Back: to visualize the previous render.
- Forward: to view the next render.

Switch Display Mode: to switch the image display according to the options available below:
- Adjust to fill: adjusts the image to fill the entire view.
- View in full screen: maximizes the viewing window and adjusts the image so that it takes up as much space as possible without being cut off.
- View in original size: this is the default when opening the view, it displays the original size of the image.
Send render only to the portfolio
1. When a render was shared only in the portfolio, it is possible to send it to the gallery using the Share to Gallery Promob .
2. The screen below is displayed to confirm sharing the project also in the Promob Gallery. If desired, check the Share Project option and click Yes.
Access to the Promob Gallery
To view the images uploaded to the Project Portfolio, please follow the procedures below:
1. Access the Connect tab, and on the top left-hand side click on Gallery, access the Gallery tab, the projects sent to the Portfolio are displayed.
2. Use the Filters to quickly locate a specific render:
- Show only my Renders: looks for renders created by you.
- Show renders of this Promob: looks for renders created with the same distribution as your Promob.
- Environment Style: looks for renders with the specified environment style.
- Environment Type: searches for items with the specified ambient type.
- Initial date: looks for renders that have been published since the date entered.
- Final date: is looking for renders that have been published up to the given date.
- Tags: searches for items containing the specified tag(s).
- Gallery ID: each render has a unique identifier in the format 'galxxx', this information can be obtained by clicking on the render. You can enter one or more identifiers."
Open Shared Project in Gallery
From version 2.2.22.0 through the Gallery it is possible to open design related to renders, as long as a render has a shared design and the current Promob system is the same as that of the shared design. For that:
1. Access the Gallery tab, on the desired render click on Open Design.
2. The project opening process starts through Import. Learn more about project importation here.
Edit Gallery Promob
It's possible to make edits to the renders available in the Gallery Promob. To do this:
1. Position the mouse over a render, two buttons for editing are displayed:

- Render ID : is the name entered for the render when sending it to the Gallery.
- Edit Information : It's possible to edit the information entered at the time of sending the render to the portfolio.
- Delete : delete the render.
- Likes: displays the number of likes a render has.
3. To view a render in full screen, click on the desired render, the Preview Window is displayed.
In the Visualization Window it is possible to:
- Back: to visualize the previous render.
