The project appears in the queue and has the status of locked, but its processing does not take place.
Why does it happen?
In some cases the Worker queue cannot make projects available for processing, due to network failures, corrupted files, incorrect settings about access permissions in the queue folder.
What to do?
1. Current behavior causes these locked projects to have their status updated as soon as a new project enters the queue.
2. When the new project has finished processing, there will be a retry for the previously locked project.
Normally with the retry, the project that was blocked is processed correctly.
