What happens?
When accessing the Viewport edition and clicking on the Dynamic View, it displays the window with the message: Changes to point of view cannot be made in Safe Mode, and therefore it is not possible to change the view of this Viewport.
Why does it happen?
Occurs when there are dimensions applied to this viewport and thus prevents changing the dynamic view.
What to do?
Remove the dimensions inserted in the viewport through the Remove All Dimensions icon as shown in the image below. Afterwards it will be possible to make changes in the dynamic view normally.
