What happens?
When moving the design, depending on the viewing angle, some items that are behind colorless items, such as glass, are sometimes hidden, sometimes presented in the design.
Why does it happen?
This situation is a video processing behavior. This is a known issue in the 3D world.
To draw transparent items, Promob needs to draw those (colorless items) last. To do this, we need to order the items in the design in order of transparency considering the point of view.
In short, Promob needs to know if the glass is in front of the items, then draw it last.
In order to do these tests of what comes before, video processing needs to consider some points of the drawings, and others to be discarded, if some of these were not discarded, no computer would be able to process the high amount of points generated.
For this reason, in some cases, depending on the view, items are not drawn behind transparent items.
What to do?
This is a behavior of Promob, due to the cases reported above. Thus, it is suggested that the user open the glass door, for example, so that the items are presented normally.
