Why does it happens?
It occurs because the Promob files, downloaded over the Internet (FTP), were blocked, preventing the opening of Promob and generating unconformity.
What to do?
It is necessary to unlock all Promob files. To do this, follow the procedure below:
1. Download the Unlocker.exe file
2. Run the file and install it;
3. Double-click on the IObit Unlocker file;
4. Click on the Add button;
5. Select the Promob installation directory and click OK;
6. Click on the Unlock button;
7. Wait while files are unlocked;
8. Click on Exit;
