What happens?
When saving the project, the cloud does not turn green in Connect 2.0 and the project does not load.
Why does it happens?
The situation occurs due to network blockages, third-party software or the upload service not starting due to inconsistencies in the local cached files.
O que fazer? What to do?
Procedure 1: Check the date and time of the operating system
1. Check the date and time set in Windows. By default, it's in the bottom right-hand corner of the computer screen;
2. If the date and time are incorrect, adjust them so that Promob can verify the signature;
3. Right-click on the date and time and select the Adjust date/time option.
Procedure 2: Logging out of Promob and saving
1. Log out of the user in the top right-hand corner of Promob;
2. Open Promob again by running it as Administrator;
3. Open a design that already has the blue cloud with the arrow, save this file again;
4. Close the design using the File - Close menu;
5. Check that the design(s) have the green cloud.
Procedure 3: Restart the computer
1. Save your files inside Promob;
2. Close Promob;
3. Save all your files and close all other programmes on your computer;
4. Restart your computer;
5. Repeat step-by-step 'Procedure 1'.
Procedure 4: Checking installed applications
1. Open your computer's control panel, go to Programs - Programs and Features;
2. In the list of installed applications, check for the following applications: Bytefence, SAntivirus, 3. Segurazzo or McAfee WebAdvisor;
3. If so, uninstall the application found and then restart the computer;
4. Open Promob and test saving the design.
Procedure 5: Checking the internet connection
1. Restart the internet modem or connect your computer to another network to test saving designs again;
