The situation occurs because Windows is outdated and the components required for Promob to operate show some performance flaws.

1. Update Windows Update through the step-by-step instructions below or contact your computer technician:
- Access Control Panel and double-click the Windows Update option;
- In the window that appears, click Check for Updates;
- After the updates are downloaded click Install Updates;
- Also perform the installation of optional updates for the Microsoft .Net Framework ;
- IMPORTANT : The option to check for Windows updates is usually intentionally disabled by the computer technician or computer maintainer. Promob recommends that you check this situation before carrying out the procedure.
