What happens?
When opening Promob or opening a design, the toolbar and menu bar are not displayed.
Why does it happen?
The situation can occur for the following reasons:
1. The Promob layout is out of order;
2. Some system file is corrupted.
What to do?
Occurs when opening any design.
Solution 1: display default layout
1. Click the View - Default Layout menu.
Solution 2: set Windows resolution/zoom
1. Configure Windows resolution/zoom.
Occurs when opening a single design
1. Open a request to Promob Support and attach the .bak file to be verified.
