The purpose of this article is to inform the user when the AI Optimization (RealScene AI) service is temporarily unavailable, avoiding unsuccessful processing attempts and ensuring greater transparency during use.
The AI Optimization feature allows automatic enhancement of renderings using artificial intelligence.
Two modes are available:
Standard Mode: Standard enhancement with adjustable controls
Reality Mode: Enhancement focused on photographic realism
Before generating the image, the system performs an automatic check of the service availability to ensure stability and avoid undesired situations during processing.
What is availability validation?
Whenever you try to generate a rendering with AI, Promob validates in real time whether the service is operational.
This check occurs automatically when:
You select the desired mode (Standard or Reality)
You click Generate with AI

When can the service become unavailable?
Unavailability is usually temporary and can occur due to:
1. External provider instability
Technical instabilities in AI servers
Scheduled maintenance
Unexpected changes in infrastructure
2. Preventive maintenance
System updates
Performance improvements
Security adjustments

Protection of environment stability
Emergency fixes
Prevention of user impact
How to know if the service is unavailable?
When attempting to generate the image, the system will display a message informing about the unavailability.
System behavior
When this happens:
The interface remains visually unchanged
The warning appears only at the time of the attempt
No credits are consumed
The previous rendering remains available
Other Promob features continue to function normally
What to do when you encounter this message?
Follow the steps below:
Step 1 – Wait a few minutes
In most cases, the service returns quickly.
Step 2 – Check your connection
Confirm that your internet is stable and test other online system features.
Step 3 – Try again
Click again on Generate with AI.
The system will perform a new validation automatically.
Step 4 – Test the other mode
Each mode has independent validation:
If Reality is unavailable → try Standard
If Standard is unavailable → try Reality
Step 5 – Contact Support
If the situation persists, report:
“AI Optimization Service unavailable”
