Promob offers an update and support service for its products (upon subscription renewal) and, with this, renewals are carried out periodically according to the modality selected in the Services Portal. The monthly charge for this amount has been in effect since 2005 and the mandatory contract renewal policy was defined, thus allowing Promob users to have access to constant product news and improvements.
If the subscriptions have not been renewed in the previous months, when renewing the current month, the value of the previous months will also be charged retroactively.
If there are subscriptions that will no longer be used, Promob recommends that you cancel them.
