What happens?
When you start publishing the system from the menu Register - Publish, the message The maximum number of media on our servers has been exceeded is displayed.
Why does it happens?
The message can occur because:
1. The amount of media published to the server exceeded the maximum number of media.
2. The Publisher version is out of date.
3. The connection to the server is unstable.
What to do?
Solution 1: Delete media that is no longer used
1. Log in to the Media Manager in the Promob Services Portal.
2. Delete the published system media that is no longer in use.
Solution 2: Manually update Publisher
1. Download the latest Promob Publisher;
2. The file 70109.zip has been downloaded;
3. Unzip the folder;
4. Copy the files from within the folder to the directory C:\Program FilesPromob Catalog\ProgramPublisher;
5. Open Promob and repeat the operation;
6. If the situation persists even after performing the above procedures, open a request to Promob.
