The second copy of the renewal and membership payment slip is made through the Promob Portal.
You can issue the duplicate payment slip only in the following cases:
- When the order is in Approved status and is still on the due date.
- In cases of slip loss.
- When the slip expired on the weekend and the payment was not made.
IMPORTANT: If the slip is expired, or the order is in Cancelled status, it is necessary to generate a new renewal order in the Promob Portal. For more information, click here.
To issue the duplicate payment slip of exchange, do the following:
1. Access the Promob Support Portal, and click Enter In to connect the account.
2. Go to Services - Generate Bank Slip.
3. And orders that allow a second copy of the bank slip to be generated are displayed.
4. Enter the number of the order you want to generate the bank slip for and click Send.
5. When you click on Send, the information on the order searched is displayed. To issue a second copy of the bank slip, click on Generate Bank Slip.
6.The bank slip is generated and displayed in a new browser tab.
