Whats happens?
When blocking the viewport in the print area of Promob or generating a PDF, the image is displayed as black
Why does it happens?
The situation occurs because the drivers for the integrated and dedicated video card are out of date, or the default printer is not available for use.
What to do?
Solution 1 - Update the integrated graphics card
1. Click here to check the necessary information to identify the graphics card settings on your computer.
2. Check for available updates for the driver of your computer's integrated graphics card. Each manufacturer usually provides their drivers on their own website. If you're unsure about the download/installation procedure for your graphics card's manufacturer's driver, consult your IT technician.

Solution 3 - Check Windows default printer
1. Access the Control Panel on your computer, then go to View printers and devices, and check which printer is set as the default.
2. Right-click on the Microsoft Print to PDF printer and select Set as default printer.
3. Open Promob and test the situation again.
Solution 4 - Check for Windows updates
1. In the Windows Start menu, search for Windows Update and check if there are any pending updates.
