What happens?
When starting the publication of the system through the Register - Publish menu, the message Error updating Publisher is displayed.
Why does it happens?
The situation can occur because:
1. The file ProCAD.ExecutorDeComandos.exe, which updates Publisher, is not present in the root folder or is corrupted;
2. Local connection has some block to download Publisher update.
What to do?
Solution 1: Copy the Procad.ExecutordeCommands file to the Publisher root folder
1. Close the message and the Promob Catalog;
2. Access the directory where Promob Catalog is installed: C:\Program Files\Promob\Promob Catalog\Program\Bin;
3. Locate and copy the file ProCAD.ExecutorDeComandos.exe;
4. Access the C:\Program Files\Promob\Promob Catalog\Program\Publisher directory.
5. Paste the copied file into the Publisher folder;
6. Try publishing.
Solution 2: Configure Limiters
1. Ask the IT technician in charge to configure the limiters according to the necessary addresses and IP's.
Solution 3: Manually Install Publisher Update
1. Download the latest Promob Publisher.
2. The 102611 .zip file has been downloaded.
3. Unzip the folder.
4. Copy the files inside the folder to the C:\Program Files\Promob\Promob Catalog\Program\Publisher directory.
5. Open Promob and repeat the operation.
6. If the situation persists even after carrying out the procedures of solutions 1, 2 and 3, open a request to Promob.
