The Promob subscription can be released whenever it is necessary to use it on another computer.
IMPORTANT:
Only subscriptions from version 2014 or higher of Promob Plus and Promob Arch can be deactivated.
The subscription release process can only be performed on the computer where the Serial Number is activated.
It is not possible to release the Promob subscription without Internet access on the computer.
How to release the license?
1. In Promob, go to the menu Subscription - Release Subscription.
2. Save your project before proceeding. Then click Yes to confirm the release.
3. A message will appear informing the Serial Number that has been deactivated. Write down the number to use it in the next activation, or click the Print button to keep a record.
