When accessing the product subscription screen in the Promob Services Portal, it is possible to request the subscription of products with a standard library and also request the subscription of products with customized libraries from different furniture manufacturer brands.
To subscribe to an exclusive product with a customized library, it is necessary to request purchase authorization from the product's Manufacturer. This request is made through the Promob Services Portal.
To request authorization from the Manufacturer for subscribing to a product:
1. Access the Promob Services Portal;
2. Click on the menu Promob Store - Purchase Authorization.
3. On the purchase authorizations page, click on Request Purchase Authorization.
4. On the right sidebar, the Request Purchase Authorization screen is displayed to search for the desired product. Enter the product name, find it in the list of results, and click on the name to select it and proceed with the purchase authorization request.
5. After selecting the product, click on Request Purchase Authorization.
6. After clicking on Request Purchase Authorization, a success message will appear, informing the user of the next steps.
7. After the authorization is approved by the manufacturer, the product becomes available for subscription. Access Store - Purchase Authorization, review the authorization request, and click on Buy Now!
8. You will be redirected to the Product Details page. To proceed with the subscription, click on Buy Now.
9. On the My Cart page, verify the data that appears and then click Next;
10. Define the payment method of your choice, and complete the order.
