What happens?
When Promob is opened, the message The Addins could not be loaded. The system will be terminated. is displayed.
Why does it happen?
The situation occurs because a file, needed to open Promob, is not found.
What to do?
- If during the installation of Promob an antivirus alert message was displayed, the antivirus installed on the computer is blocking some Promob files. Request assistance from the IT technician to identify what action should be taken in relation to the antivirus;
- If the same message is displayed on opening it is necessary to reinstall Promob;
