Plugins - Builder plugins are not displayed in Promob toolbar

What happens?

In the Promob toolbar, the plugin builder icons are not displayed.

 

Why does it happen?

The situation may occur because:

  1. Plugins are not active;
  2. The plugins are active, but Promob didn't install them by the update;
  3. The Builder plugin is not active for the system.

 

What to do?

Solution 1: enable plugins

  1. Access the menu Tools – Plugins within the Promob;
  2. Activate Builder plugins.

Solution 2: update Promob

  1. Update Promob to install plugins.

Solution 3: Check Builder plugin activation

In order for the other builder plugins to be available for use, it is necessary that the system has the Plugin Builder as a system plugin and that the customer's account has a subscription for it.

  1. Check in Tools – Plugins if the Builder plugin is enabled;
  2. If the Builder plugin is not active and is being listed among the plugins, activate the plugin;
  3. If Plugin Builder is not being listed among the available plug-ins, it is necessary to verify that your account has a Plugin Builder subscription, by subscription management;
  4. If your account does not have a plugin Builder subscription, contact Promob Support.
