IMPORTANT:
• This procedure applies only to orders placed directly on the Promob Portal.
• Only for payment method via boleto.
What happens?
When an order with boleto payment method is completed, and the collection of the necessary information for generating the boleto is finished, the user is redirected to the Orders page, and the message is displayed: Order Completed.
What to do?
After completing the order, a new page from Banco do Brasil will open containing the link to generate the boleto.
The boleto will not be displayed immediately — it is necessary to check the recaptcha and click Next to view the information, including the boleto in PDF and Pix key. For more information about this procedure, click here.
