IMPORTANT:
• This procedure applies only to orders placed directly on the Promob Portal.
• Only for payment method via boleto.
What happens?
When an order with payment by boleto is completed, and the collection of the necessary information for generating the boleto is finished, the user is directed to the Orders page, and the message is displayed: Order Finished.
What to do?
The Portal's automatic service processes the order for generating the boleto, a new screen is displayed with the respective boleto.
After this, a new screen is displayed with the generated boleto.
