What happens?
When accessing the Catalog 3D tab, the nonconformity Value cannot be null.

Why does it happens?
The situation occurs due to a failure to validate the user's login, or corrupt caches in the folder.
What to do?
Solution 1 - Log in again
1. Inside Promob, in the upper right corner, click on the account name and log out.
2. Reopen Promob, log in, and test the situation again.
Solution 2 - Rename folder
1. Close Promob
2. Go to the Local Disk directory C:\ProgramDataProcad. b
IMPORTANT: If the ProgramData folder is hidden, click here to see how to unhide the folder.
3. Rename the folders Promob.Catalog3D and Promob.Catalog3Dv2 to __Promob.Catalog3D and __Promob.Catalog3Dv2, placing the underline symbol in front of the folder name.
4. Open Promob, and test access to Catalog 3D again
