What happens?
When opening old designs in an updated Promob and resizing the part measurements in the 3D environment, the budget information takes into account both the old and current library records.
NOTES: The text of the budget remains unchanged in English and Spanish.
Why does it happen?
The situation may occur for the following reasons:
- The item was adjusted in the register. When resizing it in the environment, some information of the new register is updated. By default, Promob does not check all registration information when resizing the item.
What to do?
To reinsert the item, follow these steps:
1. Identify the item that needs to be changed in the design.
2. Review the item in the design and reinsert it into the environment.
3. Then try generating the budget again.
4. If the situation persists even after all the above processes and all the requirements for using Promob are met, open a request to Promob Support to have the situation checked.
