InmesCut Automatic Plugin Settings:

In the Configurator tab, make the following settings:

General

  • Protocol version: Choosing the version of the InmesCut communication protocol.
    Version 1.1 of the protocol allows the following data to be included in the integration file:
    • Information on the direction of the sheet grain;
    • Now allows the stacking of sheets;
    • Printing of surplus labels linked to the cutting command, not only at the end of the process;
    • QR code field available to be included on the label.

 

File

  • File Generation Directory: Select the location where the .xml file will be generated. If not informed, the file will be saved to the location entered in the Location field of the Generate Documents screen.
  • Maximum file name length: enter the maximum number of characters for the integration file name. IMPORTANT:
    • Use the value 0 to not limit the size of the file name;

    • The minimum value for the number of characters is 5.

 

Cutting Plane Configuration

  • Cutting thickness (mm):  enter the thickness of the saw that makes the cut. The value must be informed in millimeters and be the same as registered in InmesCut.
  • Maximum Cut length: enter the maximum cut size allowed by the machine.
  • Internal cutting thickness (mm): measurement in millimeters that the cutting plane needs to cut when performing an internal cutting.
  • Waste in Phases (mm): defines the waste raw material at the end of the phase.
  • Allowed phases: defines the maximum number of phases to be used in the cutting manager;
  • Maximum machine allowed phases: enter the maximum number of phases allowed by the machine. If the version is Up to 3 phases, the maximum number will be 3. If the version is Up to 6 phases, the maximum number will be 6 phases.
  • Minimum piece size (mm): enter the minimum size allowed for cutting pieces. The value entered must be in millimeters. Parts with dimensions smaller than the value entered will not be sent for cutting.

 

Visualization
  • Plane zero point: Set the position of the zero point used by the machine manager.

Label

  • Print part labels: Select this option to generate shapes labels;
  • Print remnant labels: Select this option to generate leftover labels;
