What happens?
When you start Connect, the message It was not possible to access all services for the correct use of your Promob. Connect couldd not be started. Please check for blockings in your internet network.
Why does it happens?
The message is displayed when the Internet connection has an Internet access limiter (proxy, firewall, antivirus, etc.) or an Internet connection failure;
What to do?
1. Click OK on the message, Promob is closed. Check for Internet limiters that may be blocking Promob from opening. Click here and see which ports, sites, and IPs should be released.
