What happens?
When importing a project in connect, the message It was not possible to import your design.
Why does it happens?
The situation occurs when access to connect online services is prevented.
The situation can also occur due to internet connection failures on the user's network or due to Promob cache files.
What to do?
1. Check Internet connection
Check your Internet connection and start importing projects again.
2. Log out of Promob
1. In the top right corner of Promob, click on your user name and select the Logout option;
2. Confirm the logout, in the displayed message click Yes;
3. Reopen Promob, log in with your email and password and check if the situation persists when importing projects.
