▼ Who should make the request?
The student or teacher themselves, using their CPF in Brazil, or NIF/equivalent document.
▼ Does purchasing the EAD Academic Track guarantee the license?
No. When applicable, the purchase is mandatory, but granting the license depends on eligibility and document validation. If the license is not granted, access to the Academic Track will be maintained.
▼ How long is the license valid?
Each license may be valid for up to 12 months, subject to the continuation of the academic affiliation. The maximum accumulated usage period is 3 years per user.
▼ What happens if I finish the course before the license ends?
Access will be terminated on the date the academic affiliation ends, even if the 12 months have not elapsed.
▼ Which documents are not accepted?
Bank slips, student ID cards, contracts, or documents that do not formally prove the academic affiliation.
▼ Can Cyncly request other documents?
Yes. Additional documentation may be requested to validate the information.
▼ In which situations can access be canceled?
In case of misuse, inconsistent information, loss of academic or teaching affiliation, or violation of the Academic Program rules.
