The Operations resource provides the system with the ability to automate the values that affect your negotiations. Through them, it is possible to configure increases and decreases of amounts based on payment terms, item categories, among others. After being created, the operations will be automatically added to your negotiations to automate the price composition process of your sale. See below the main details of this feature.
Operations Registration Screen
1. It is possible to add an operation through Settings - Sales - Operations.
2. When clicking to register operations, there are different types of operations that can be added, they are:
Company Operation
When registering, it is possible to insert Description, Calculation Method, Amount, Operation Category and Operation Application.
The accepted calculation methods are: Percentage, Amount, Factor and Embedded.
It is possible to apply company operations in Environments, Additional Items, or Both.
Item Category Operation
When registering, it is possible to insert Item Category, Description, Calculation Method, Amount, Operation Category and Operation Application.
The accepted calculation methods are: Percentage, Amount, Factor and Embedded.
It is possible to apply company operations in Environments, Additional Items, or Both.
Supplier Operation
When registering, it is possible to insert Supplier, Description, Calculation Method, Amount, Operation Category and Operation Application.
The accepted calculation methods are: Percentage, Amount, Factor and Embedded.
It is possible to apply company operations in Environments, Additional Items, or Both.
Payment Condition Operation
When registering, it is possible to insert Payment Condition, Description, Calculation Method, Operation Category and Amount.
The accepted calculation methods are: Percentage, Amount, Factor and Embedded.
This Operation option will only be applied to users of companies that were allowed to select Payment Condition.
Order of Applications
- Manual items: are the items entered manually by the user in the environment.
- Environment: if the environment has no items, it is applied to the environment, if it does, it is applied to the items, less additional items.
- Environment and manual items: the same rule as for the environment, but applies to the manual item.
- Single item: exclusive of international taxes, it allows you to filter only one item.
- Single environment: exclusive for international taxes, it allows you to filter only one environment.
Order of Applications
Operations are the main part that determines how the calculation will be done, they have an order and way of applying.
- Revision adjustment.

Relationship between Operations and Deal
When registering an operation, there is an option to insert the operation category. They are: Expense, Discount and Margin, these categories are directly related to the registration of operations on the trading screen, where they are reflected in Automatic Operations, Expenses and Discounts.

It is possible to find the operations in the quotation component of the negotiation.
When you click on Add or Edit quotation, the operations appear on two different tabs on the Quotation Screen. The Simple tab and the Detailed tab.
The Simple tab shows operations that can be included manually, such as Expenses, Discounts and Taxes.
On the Detailed tab, it also shows the operations applied automatically, such as Additional Margins and Automatic Operations.

On the document assembly screen Adjustments - Settings - Documents, we can generate a customized document listing the operations applied:
