Through the Schedule option, it will be possible to manage appointments and create new personal appointments or linked to the facilities.
In addition, the Company can create commitments linked directly to you, where they can be followed on this screen.
Clicking on Schedule will load a current calendar.
To add a new appointment:
1. Click the Add button.
2. The New Schedule screen will appear.
3. In the Title field, define a title for the appointment.
4. In the Type field, define whether the appointment will be personal or linked to the installation.
5. In Description place some note of the appointment.
6. The All day option can be selected if the appointment lasts the whole day.
7. Then set the date and time of the appointment in the Start time and End time fields.
